Your toolkit
Templates alone don't pass audits. Every pack comes with live tools to test your readiness, find your gaps, and turn your daily work into the evidence an auditor wants to see.
Paste rough shift notes and get back a clean, objective NDIS progress note or incident report in seconds — in the plain, factual language your auditor expects. Real AI, transparent and assistive — you always review before use.
Open the AI writer →Wondering if the numbers stack up? See your true cost per support hour and your real margin against NDIS price limits — in under a minute, before you commit.
Check my viability →Score yourself against the NDIS Practice Standards across seven quality areas. See your biggest gaps ranked by priority — each mapped to the exact document that closes it.
Check my readiness →Auditors interview your team, not your binder. Answer the questions a real auditor asks on the day and see where your practice diverges from your paperwork — before the real auditor does.

Your next audit is 6–12 months away. Use NDIS Ready to identify gaps now, not the week before the auditor arrives.

FAQ
Straight answers about what the kit is, what it isn't, and how it helps you get audit-ready.
No, and we'd never claim otherwise. The pass-or-fail call belongs to the NDIS Commission and your auditor, not to us. What the kit gives you is a complete, professionally written document set mapped to the NDIS Practice Standards, so you arrive organised and prepared instead of scrambling. You still need to complete each document honestly and accurately for your own service.
Absolutely. If you can send an email, you can use these. Every document opens in Microsoft Word or a free alternative like Google Docs, and you mostly just type your business name and details into clearly marked spaces. The 3 worked examples show you exactly what a finished document should look like, so you're never left guessing.
We've written everything in plain, simple English — short sentences and as little jargon as we could manage. Plenty of our customers run their services in a second language. If a document still feels unclear, the worked examples make it easy to follow, and you can always email us for a hand.
You're covered by a 7-day pre-download refund. If you haven't downloaded your documents yet, just email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no awkward questions. Because these are digital products that can be copied and kept, they're non-refundable once you've downloaded them — but you still get 30 days of email support to help you put them to work. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
No. These are professionally prepared templates and general information to help you organise your documentation — they are not legal advice. If you need guidance on your specific situation, please speak with a qualified professional.
The 2026 SIL transition is already underway. From 1 July 2026, SIL providers are expected to meet new registration and Practice Standards requirements. If you're currently unregistered and delivering SIL, the NDIS Commission transition pathway indicates you may need to apply by 1 October 2026 to keep delivering while your application is processed. Starting your documentation now buys you more time to customise it, train your team, and gather your evidence.
Yes. The kit is written in plain English and comes with worked examples to guide you. Just keep in mind you'll still need to tailor each document to reflect how your own service actually runs.
Buying for your NDIS business? Many Australian businesses may be able to claim compliance-related digital products as a business expense where the purchase is directly tied to earning business income. Hold onto your invoice and check with your accountant — a tax invoice is provided with every purchase.
